The registration process for your students and researchers
The best way to allow people at your organization to register is your institution's portal page. They can find basic information about SciFlow there and the opportunity to register and discover news about upcoming events or new features. If you need to know the URL of your portal page, feel free to contact us. Users can always also sign up anywhere on our website.
To benefit from all the advantages of your SciFlow license, new users must register with their official institution's email address.
Journal template database
Your researchers can find thousands of submission-ready templates for journals of the biggest publishers in our journal template database as soon as they are signed into SciFlow. The correct formatting and citation style will be applied on export.
New templates can be requested and are provided within a few business days.
Students will find thesis templates for your institution's needs. Users can also find standard templates under "Academic Styles", where they can write with a citation style of their choice.
Institutional templates
We provide institutional templates to meet the specific requirements for theses and assignments at your institutions. The formatting and citation style is adapted to your wishes. This makes it easier for students to write their thesis because they only have to worry about the content and not the form. In addition, the correction process is simplified due to fewer formal errors.
Guide to SciFlow - our support forum
In our support forum, we gathered information about all features of SciFlow, including an introductory guide for beginners.
Users can use the search bar to look for answers on everything SciFlow. This also includes guides for using the most common reference managers and questions about the using templates.
All articles can also be accessed and searched in the text editor at the bottom left of the document.
Regular webinars for your users
We regularly offer your users the opportunity to get to know SciFlow better in online seminars, making it even easier for you to get started. You will find all planned webinars and previous webinar recordings on our webinar page.
We are always happy to participate in events for your staff, like Open Access days or informational workshops for your students. Please contact us if you have an online or offline event planned where we can contribute in the form of a webinar or a talk. Online events are more manageable for us, but we also like to connect to (potential) users in person.
30-minute video course
To get started, users can watch our 30-minute video course or select the topics they want to hear about. You can embed the video on your website if you want to.
Social media & website images
Feel free to use these pictures when you are talking about SciFlow on your website or social media account. You can, of course, also create your own.
